Zoysia Tenuifolia

ZOYSIA TENUIFOLIA DESCRIPTION:

Zoysia Tenuifolia is an ornamental grass ground cover used for a unique clumping or mounding appearance. It is usually left unmowed for a freeform natural look. Extremely slow growing, very fine textured, and dark green in color, Zoysia Tenuifolia is a shade tolerant ground cover. Zoysia Tenuifolia spreads by rhizomes (underground runners). This landscaping ground cover is generally a maintenance-free grass.

MOWING ZOYSIA TENUIFOLIA:

Mowing is not typical; however, Zoysia Tenuifolia can be mowed as low as one half inch.
